Fixed flow surge protectors designed for MIG welding applications, eliminates sudden rush of shield gas sometimes cause by accumulator effect of MIG welding system components. Flows listed are at 30 PSI inlet pressure. Female thread size: 5/8"-18 UNF connects directly to the MIG machine or wire feeder.

FIXED FLOW ADAPTORS - H1400 Series

Designed for welding operations or other applications requiring fixed gas flows.  Installs in regulator outlet or directly on 30 PSIG pipeline outlet without regulator.  Can be used in place of flowmeter.  Set regulator at 30 PSIG and be assured of correct gas flow.  Precision machined orifice provides accurate, continuous flow at desire setting.  Inlet filter protects orifice and prevents intake of foreign particles - F.M. thread size 5/8"-18 U.N.F.   Male thread size 1/4" NPT.
