The following limitations apply to ALL Shadowaire Systems
- NOT for use in atmospheres immediately Dangerous to Life or Health (IDLH).
- NOT for use in atmospheres containing less than 19.5% oxygen.
- NOT evaluated as an ignition source in flammable or explosive atmospheres by MSHA/NIOSH.
- NOT to be worn as protection against gases or vapors.
- Use only at work rates consistent with the maintenance of positivr pressure within the respiratory inlet covering.  These have shown that a work rate requiring a minute volume of no more than forty (40) liters per minute does not affect the positive pressure of the respiratory inlet covering.  Personnel working in environments requiring minute volumes greater than forty (40) liters per minute should be checked for positive perssures at that work rate using fit-test technologies.
